Neon Logistics is proud to announce the promotion of Ian Baba to Manager, Strategic Account Sales, the first person in company history to hold this title. Ian joined Neon in 2022, and in just under four years he's built a solid book of business around a well-earned skillset where he provides value to his customers outside of price.

Ian earned into this promotion after hitting company sales metrics over a trailing twelve-month period, clearing it comfortably and capping it off with a career-high month in June that topped his previous best by a wide margin.

"There are almost infinite good things to say about Ian, but if I had to pick one attribute to highlight, it would be that he's incredibly coachable," said Clay Forshey, Vice President of Sales. "He takes feedback and turns it into action faster than almost anyone here. He's also one of the first people in the building most mornings. Ian takes ownership of his book, his process, and his results, and he's built a disciplined, process-driven approach to how he sells."
