Clay Forshey
Vice President, Sales at Neon Logistics
Clay Forshey has over a decade of experience within supply chain in increasingly senior roles. He first broke into transportation in 2013 as an entry-level Account Executive for Worldwide Express in Philadelphia, earning four promotions in three years. Clay then moved to Atlanta to run his first team as a Branch Manager, and then was later promoted to Senior Manager, for J.B. Hunt. From there, he moved to Southern California where he oversaw the Mira Loma Regional Distribution Center for Lineage Logistics, which was awarded Facility Of The Year out of over 350 facilities nationwide. As a Director of Operations at RXO he was able to grow an underperforming team from just 2M in revenue to 30M in run rate revenue in a two year time frame.
Clay currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Neon Logistics, a boutique freight brokerage headquartered in Scottsdale. Neon Logistics is on pace to double it's year-over-year revenue from 50M in 2025 to 100M in 2026 under Clay's leadership.
Cody Graham
CEO / President
Cody Graham is the Founder and President of Neon Logistics and has more than a decade of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. A graduate of Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, Cody earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2012 before beginning his career in logistics sales. Cody remains closely connected to Arizona State University and the next generation of sales professionals. He serves on the W. P. Carey School of Business Sales Advisory Council, supporting the Professional Sales Program through industry expertise, mentorship, and student development.
