Neon Logistics is proud to announce the promotion of Kyle Fecteau to Senior Sales Executive. Kyle joined Neon in 2025, coming from a background managing grocery stores, and in a short time he's turned himself into one of the most improved reps on the floor.

Kyle earned into the promotion by hitting company sales metrics over a twelve-month period, clearing it comfortably. His load count has been climbing steadily since the start of the year, and he's been on an absolute heater the past two months, capping it off with a career-high June that far outpaced his previous best. 

"There's no question in my mind, Kyle's work ethic is as good as anyone's on this sales floor," said Clay Forshey, Vice President of Sales. "He's process driven when he attacks new accounts, and that discipline is exactly why his pipeline has turned into results the way it has these last two months. He's not chasing one-off wins, he's building a repeatable approach, and the numbers are starting to show it."
